i like em, hernandez seems realistic and the numbers match up well
I think the mariners are going to be alot better than people think... they have talent in their lineup... and even the bullpen... their SP was a mystery going into the offseason but it has shaped up to be an OK rotation... I think they will have a decent year....
I have successfully predicted the Mariners record (within 10 games) each of the last 9 seasons.
Staring at this lineup
I'm predicting ALCS (laugh now) but i'm never wrong.
I'll predict win/losses upon the completion of spring training...
but if that starting rotation holds on... the lineup and the bullpen will carry the team...
congrats to Bavasi!
These are WAY off. Could you ne anymore unaware of these plaers abilties? you're just looking at last years stats and adding a little, copying them, or taking a little off.
actually bryant, these projections are right on...these players are at an age where improvements will be minimal...and if u are judging, they are just projections. This calculation is very similiar to the one at baseball prospectus...where I work. dont be so hard, they really are just projections.
david
ps i think all ur projections are pretty good
Guillen's, Beltre's, Sexson's, HoRam's, Washburn's, and Felix's stats are all way off.
