BREAKING NEWS: Buehrle Throws No-Htter

Mark Buehrle of the Chicago White Sox threw a no hitter tonight against the Rangers. He collected eight strikeouts, two in the ninth inning, and walked one. The White Sox made it easy for Buehrle collecting seven runs. Jim Thome hit two home runs while Jermaine Dye hit one. With the win tonight, the White Sox move to 6-7. This was the first White Sox no hitter since August 11, 1991 when Wilson Alvarez threw one. There have been 16 no hitters in White Sox history.
