Boston Globe: 6/72 for Matsuzaka?

Matsuzaka's agent Scott Boras is reportedly seeking a six year, 72 million dollar deal for his client. It seems reasonable, considering he wanted a three year 15 million dollar deal just last week. The Red Sox need to get this deal done before the Winter Meetings so they can pursue other goals. After spending a record 51.1 million dollars just to negotiate with him, they could give the unproven pitcher 12 million for six years.
