Gammons: Angels to Sign Justin Speier

The Angels and Justin Speier have agreed to a four year deal. The right-handed Speier, 33, was 2-0 with a 2.98 ERA in 58 appearances with Toronto last season. Now he will join that already amazing bullpen and help close the game for Francisco Rodriguez, who the led the AL in saves with 47.
