Garland to Astros No More?

According to Jason Stark, the Astros balked at adding Jason Hirsch to the deal and the White Sox are pulling back. White Sox GM Ken Williams said that no deal would go through. He believes that a number 2 starter should not be traded for 2 minor pieces of another organization. Garland was 18-7 with a 4.51 ERA.
