Yankees Make Trade
Monday, December 3, 2007
The Yankees have traded right hanger Tyler Clippard to the Nationals for Jonathan Albaladejo. He went 3-1 with a 6.33 ERA with Yankees this year, but has a 3.52 ERA over five minor league seasons. He should do well in the Nationals rotation next season. Jim Bowden is finding some great bargains on the market right now and is putting together a pretty good team for the future. It would not surprise me to see him go after the Dodgers' Chin-Lung Hu, the Cubs' Ronny Cedeno, maybe even the Rockies' Keith Weiser.

what is the outlook on Albaladejo?
he has a 93(tops) sinking 2 seam FB and a nasty breaking pitch
God,
good enough for an AL bullpen??
he's got to be better than farnsworth at least...
